Booking & Appointment Procedures
Failure to follow the guidelines below when seeking a first time appointment will assuredly result in your dismissal. Although you may have an interest in serving me, understand that there is always a chance that I will find you incompatible.
Before contacting me for an appointment or phone consultation, you must do the following:
1) Peruse my website, particularly my interests& disinterests, thoroughly before contacting me. If we do not share interests, further pursuance would be a waste of both our times.
2) I require that you send a polite, well thought out letter of introduction either by e-mail or post before I will consider you for an appointment. If you are sending an e-mail, type the phrase "Seeking a First-Time Appointment" in the subject line. Treat all correspondence as you would a formal letter. Make sure you spell my name correctly and greet me with my actual title. The contents of the letter should include, but is not limited to: the name you wish to be called, your interests, your experience level, where you are located and why you are seeking an appointment with me. If you have any specific queries that are not answered on the website, this would be the time to ask.
Since I do not accept requests for same day appointments, plan in advance and send the letter to me in a timely fashion. Understand that I only accept booking requests by phone and do not allow the "penciling in" of tentative appointments.
3) Once you have submitted your letter, wait either 24 hours for e-mail or 3-4 business days for post before calling my assistant for a follow up.
